In order to facilitate the creation of the contractual process, in Djaboo you can create predefined templates which can be used each time a contract is created.

Create a contract template #

You can create a contract template while viewing the contract by clicking on the Templates tab and then clicking on the Add Template button.

• Click on the tab Models .
• Click on Add a template .
• Enter the title of the model that you can use to easily recognize what type of model it is.
• Use the editor to add predefined template content .
• Click on Save .

Insert template #

Once the template is created, you will be able to use it and easily insert it into the content of the editor.

In L' Models tab , for the model you want to insert, click the Insert button , the content of the template will be automatically injected into the contract editor.
