How to proceed ?

Several options are available to you !

• From the creation of a quote or an invoice.

When editing a quote or an invoice, Djaboo offers the products that you have in your product catalog. But if the product you want to add does not exist, you can also create a new one. By clicking on “Create this new service”, and the name you will mark in the field will be the name of the new service.

• From the service page.

To create new products or items from the main admin menu go to Sales->Services and click on the button at the top left Add a service .

• Description– Give the service a clear and precise name.
• Description  – Service description for more detailed information.
• Price – The total cost of this specific item without the taxes applied.
• Tax – Apply the predefined tax of the item, the tax will be automatically applied when creating a new invoice/quote/proposal/credit note
• Unit – If you need a service usage unit, you can add it exactly in this field. example: hour , kg,
• Item group – If you have a lot of services or products and you need to organize them into categories, you can select a group that you have previously created in the same screen by clicking on the Group button at the top left. Find out how do it here

Click on Save to save all information about the item.

Once the service or product is linked to the transaction example: invoice/quote/proposal changing the item information will not affect the currently created transactions.

Link the service to the transaction

This is a very specific example that will show you how to link a product to an invoice with all the fields explained.

Navigate to Sales->Invoices and click on the button at the top left Create an invoice and fill in all the necessary information for this invoice.

In the Add Service drop-down menu on the top left, you can select your predefined services which will be automatically inserted into the service preview area without you needing to manually fill in all the necessary service information.
