Assign leave #
To add a holiday, go to “HRM”→“leave".
Then click on “Assign leave"
Note: For users who do not have Administrator rights, they can click on “Leave request”. When creating a leave request, you will need to indicate the start date, the end date, the type of leave (paid leave, RTT, unpaid leave, sick leave, unjustified absence, recovery and exceptional absence) , the start date and end date (The days will be calculated automatically), the reasons and the employee in question (displayed for the administrator only).
Ask for vacation #
When an employee wishes to add a leave, you will be notified by email and confirm or deny the absence request.
After verification or rejection, the employee will receive an email notifying him of his return. After checking, if there is an error, only the administrator can modify it.
The employee will find all his absences in the Leaves section of his space and will view all the leaves taken.
