Categorize customers on your account

Customer segmentation can become a major problem when it comes to improving business management efficiency, especially as your database grows. With Djaboo, categorize your customers to better find them later and save time!

Create customer categories

When you create contact categories on Djaboo and then assign them to your prospects or customers, here is the procedure to follow:

  1. Go to “Settings" then "Customers" Next "Categories"
  2. Click on "Add a customer category"
  3. A Popup then appears and you can enter the name of a contact category. Then click save.

Once created, the category can be assigned to your contacts from the “Client” tab.

Import your customer categories

IT is possible to directly import your customer categories:

When importing your customers in bulk, specify directly in “Category” one or more categories in which you want to put them. Non-existing categories will be automatically created. Discover here how to import customers.
