Add a link to the knowledge base (FAQ)

When replying or opening the ticket, click the button Insert a link to the knowledge base (FAQ).

A pop-up window will open, just click on the plus icon to insert it into the answer box, the link will be inserted where your cursor is currently pointed in the answer box.

Si Settings -> Configuration -> Clients -> Use knowledge base is set to No , you will not be able to use this option.
