Djaboo allows you to create and customize the accounting portal yourself. This portal will be a special access for your accountant.

Thus, he will be able to configure his own accounting exports (Sales, Purchases, etc.), export the information of his choice and define the accounting codes and taxes. Let's find out together how to do it!

Create an accountant role

1. See you in “settings"->"Rôles"

Add a role called “Accountant” and define the accesses it will need. Give them access to “Account planning"And"Accounting and bookkeeping” then save.

2. Go to “Employees" then "Add a collaborator” (Because we consider that your accountant is part of your team 😉)

Add a member or send an invitation (Find out how do here ). Fill in the email address of your accountant and click on “Send invitation by email”. Your accountant will receive an email to configure his account to which he will have access with his email address and a password.

Note: Please ensure that your accountant has received the invitation. If not, please check their email address and ask them to check their spam folder.
