Ticket Services is a feature of Djaboo that allows your customer to select which service/product this ticket is related to when opening a new ticket.

When your customer opens the ticket, the admin will know that this ticket is related to a specific service.
You can easily enable/disable this option from Settings->Configuration->Support.
To create a new ticket service, go to Settings->Support->Services.
