The finance overview is a showcase of all saved project timesheets, including project expenses.

• Logged Hours – Displays the total number of billable and non-billable logged project hours
• Billable Hours – Displays total number of billable hours – All Time
• Hours Billed – Displays the total number of hours billed.
• Unbilled Hours – Displays the total number of unbilled hours. Ex. Means the project has 3 unbilled hours from the project's last invoice (if applicable).

Project Hours billing type example

The project has recorded a total of 3 hours and the rate per hour in the project settings is set to €40, the calculation will proceed as follows:

40€ x 3 = Total 120€

Task Hours billing type example

The total per hour in this case is taken from the task  Total per hour

Examples:

firefox bug fix  – Total per hour is 25 €

Create a new table in the database  – Total per hour is 40 €

Task 1 ( fix firefox bug ) logged 1 hour and task 2 ( create a new table in the database ) recorded 2 hours.

The calculation goes like this:

25€ x 1 hour (Task 1 – firefox bug fix )

40€x 2 hours (Task 2 – Create a new table in the database )
