Currently, the Dropbox file picker is available for the following features:

• tasks
• Invoices
• Estimate
• Proposals
• Prospects
• Customer profile files
• Contracts
• Project files

To set up the Dropbox file picker, you will need to create the Dropbox app and get the unique app key.

Create an application #

Access your account, in the reserved area where you can configure an App, from this address:  https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps/create

Follow the creation steps.

Obtain a unique application key and configure allowed selection domains #

After creating the Dropbox application, you will need to obtain the unique application key and define the domains available for this application.

When using the Dropbox file picker for security reasons, you must add selector domains

Add your DJaboo domain to properly use the application.

Copy the app key and go to Settings->Configuration->Miscellaneous->Dropbox App Key, paste the key and save the settings.

You will now be able to choose files from the Dropbox account without taking up space on your server.

NOTES :

• Use of the Selector does not require approval.
• For file types allowed to select in Dropbox, the same settings are applied from Settings->Configuration->General-> Allowed file types
• Dropbox files can not be attached to a sample email. When sending the invoice to the customer.
