Automatic ticket closing

Djaboo offers you the possibility to automatically close tickets that are inactive for a certain period of time.

This option is in ->Settings->Configuration ->Scheduled task->Tickets , you can enter the number of hours which must flow from the last ticket response for the system to automatically close the ticket.

Keep in mind that the system will automatically close only tickets with the following statuses: Answered , Open et any other custom status that you add for tickets in Settings->Support->Ticket Statuses.

Once the ticket is closed automatically, the system will send an email to the customer informing them that their ticket is closed. You can access Settings->Email templates and edit the email template with the name “Auto Close Ticket” to format the content so it fits. Depending on your needs, you can even deactivate this template if you don't want your customers to be informed about the automatic ticket closure.

Disable automatic ticket closing #

If you want to disable the auto-close ticket feature, go to  Settings->Configuration->Cron Job->Tickets and set automatic ticket close after to 0.
