You can easily customize the ticket status by going to Settings ->Support -> Ticket statuses

Djaboo comes with predefined general statuses that you cannot delete because they are within the app. You can only change the name.

When listing ticket statuses, you can see at this time how many tickets are currently in their status.

Setting Status Color: Click the Edit button when listing and you can easily choose the status color.
