In Djaboo, personalization fields allow you to order the fields you create and further adapt the software to the specifics of your industry.

Custom fields are a feature of Djaboo that allows you to add a field according to your needs. With this capability, Djaboo can easily adapt to your business needs.
Follow the next steps to add a new custom field.

In order to create a custom field, click on “Settings” in the left menu then “Installations”And Custom Fields.

1. Click on Add a field
2. Select where this field will belong. Only the options listed in the drop-down list are available. (if you select, “prospectsThey will also be displayed as an option when converting leads to customers, to merge fields into the customer area. Based on another custom field or an existing database field)
3. Field name – Give the name of the field.
4. Select Type
5. Le Options field is reserved for “select” and “checkbox” fields . If your new custom field is select or checkbox, separate options with a comma e.g. orange, juice, banana
6. Order (default will be 0) – This is if you have multiple fields for the same feature and want to reorder.
7. disabled – If you set the field to disabled, it will not be displayed anywhere. If values ​​are found they will not be deleted, but if you delete the field all values ​​will be deleted.
8. Required– Mandatory field or not when modifying the field where belogs.
9. Restrict only the visibility of administrators – If you check this option, the visibility/addition/editing of this custom field will be restricted to administrators.
10. Displays and Signage– You can also control the visibility of this field. Want to display on table, pdf, customer portal. Note that the visibility is not the same for each field. NOTE: If you check the “Show in tables” box and the field is not linked to the customer's profile, it will also be added in the tables when listing. All the fields whose visibility on the table is checked will be added before the data relating to the options. If there are no options in this array, they will be added at the end.

It is not recommended to add more than 10 custom fields for a feature and always limit the number (max 5) of custom fields displayed in the tables. Less is better and faster.
