- The Activity tab : This tab represents all the items you have shared with your team. These can be documents or images, representing ideas or information that you want to share. To add an activity: Go to “HRM”->“Activity“, add items, then click “poster".
Note: The activity page is a collaboration/conversation area for team members. All team members can . This is the best place to share ideas or files among team members. To share any file, you can click the “Download a file” or drag and drop files onto the box. By default, not all file types are supported to be uploaded in the app. Admin can set the accepted file formats settings in the section general settings.
2. The general information tab : As this tab indicates, you will be able to define all the general information concerning you.
3. The social media links tab : This tab allows you to define your social network links, which can then be seen by your employees and your customers.
4. The job description tab : This tab allows you to give more details about the position you hold. Only the administrator will have access to his information.
5. The account settings tab : It is used to manage account login and access role.
6. My preferences tab : Configure your experience, the volume of notifications, the language, your keyboard shortcuts etc.
7. Left menu: This tab allows you to change the display of your menu, to add personal links if you wish.
8. The files tab : This tab allows you to save all your personal files. Which you could then share with your customers or collaborators.
9. The project tab : This tab highlights all the information on all the projects under your responsibility.
10. The attendance tab : This tab allows you to see the detailed list of the member's attendance.
11. The holidays tab : In this tab, you can see the leave history details for the team member.
12. The expenses tab : In this tab, you will be able to see all the expenses made by the member.
