New Knowledge Base Article (FAQ)

  • To create a new knowledge base article from the main menu, click the item FAQ -> Add an Article then a new window will open.
    • Subject
    • Section – Assign the article to a specific group. 
    • Internal Article – Check this if this is an internal knowledge base article for staff members , a staff member will be able to read the knowledge base article when logged in to the admin area. Make sure you allow your staff to view the knowledge base if you want it to access internal knowledge base articles.
    • Disabled: If you need to temporarily disable this item from being displayed to customers/staff.
    • Item Description – Add an item description with the rich TinyMCE editor.
    After creating the knowledge base article, each article will have a unique URL that the user can access directly. If you use the Arabic language, you will need to change the URL manually to Latin characters after creating the article.
