It is crucial to have your clients' information and documents available to you in one place. When you want to send a document to a client and only to this client, the solution is to upload this document to this client's file. Let's find out together how to do it.
- Go to the file of the desired customer “Customers” -→ Click on the customer name.
- Go to the “Attachments”, drag your file into the blue box or click on Drop here the files you want to upload
- To delete: Click on the red cross on the right of the screen.
- To forward the email, click on the green envelope on the right of the screen. Make sure your email account has been configured!
