A quote accept or refuse

A customer has accepted a quote and confirms it to you orally and wants to move on to the next step? Or this one refused it and did not have time to indicate it? Let's find out together how to do it easily in your Djaboo application.

Change the status of a quote

  1. Go to “Sales" then "Quote“. Select status “SENT"
  2. Click on the quote whose status you want to change
  3. Click on the button "OPTIONS” at the top right of the quote
  4. Then "Mark as accepted" or "Mark as declined” depending on the status you want to apply to the quote
