In order to organize incoming and outgoing e-mails in Djaboo in an automated way, it is possible to implement a mail flow rule. This rule will automatically classify emails in the Djaboo file associated with your contact. It will apply to all users.
1/ Go to the following site: https://portal.office.com/adminportal#/homepage, then select the “Exchange” option from the “Admin Centers” drop-down menu.
2/ Click on “Mail flow” and press the “+” button to add a new rule.
3/ Fill in the different fields of the rule as indicated below:
4/ Save the modifications.
