New Knowledge Base Group (FAQ)

  • To create a new knowledge base article from the main menu, click on the FAQ->Groups item then a new window will open and click on the button at the top left New group.
    • Group Name – Give this group a name, such as Domains, Hosting, etc.
    • Color – Color is used for the kan ban zone.
    • Short Description – The brief description of adding groups will be used as an introduction to the articles in the group.
    • Order – Group order
    • Disabled – Note: All items in this group will be hidden if Disabled is checked
    Click Save. After that, when you create a new article in the knowledge base, you can select this group and organize your articles.
