The status of won or lost opportunities

Opportunity statuses allow you to streamline your sales prospecting day after day.

A simple example that happens often: a prospect tells you that he is not interested in your services, you can consider the sale lost and focus on other opportunities. On the other hand, if a prospect accepts and is interested in your services, it can be considered a won opportunity, because you have made a sale. You can adapt this principle to your activity.

View opportunities by status

See you in “Settings" then "Prospects“, go to “Status“. In this list you will find the existing statutes, which gives you the possibility to filter all prospects according to the stage at which you are:

  • New
  • Qualified
  • In negotiation
  • In negotiation
  • Won
  • Lost

Click on Add lead status to add a custom status.
