What is a commercial offer?

A commercial offer, as its name suggests, is a business opportunity. This is a request expressed by a prospect or a client which will lead (or not) to a new sale.

A business opportunity is most often linked to a new quote ( contract, or proposition) which will generate turnover. You can set milestones to track where you are in following up on these deals and your prospecting in general. Let's find out together how to do it.

  1. Start by configuring your statuses

Different standard steps are already defined when installing your application. In order to carry out your prospecting, Djaboo allows you to define yourself, in order to adapt to your method of prospecting.
If you want to create new prospect status, go to “Settings” –> “prospects”->“Status"

You can also define the sources of leads and edit a lead registration form to implement directly “on your site”Quote request”.

2. Create an opportunity

Nothing's easier. In "CRM”->“Leads" Click on "Add a lead".

Once all the information has been filled in, you can click on “Save".

2 types of displays are available to you:

  • A list view. In order to observe all the prospects and their statuses in the list and the modification of the status is done by clicking directly on the status and a drop-down menu allows you to change status.
  • Or the display in Kanban or the modification of the status is done by passing the prospect from one column to another by dragging it.
