Do you often create the same quotes with the same services? Quote duplication saves time and this feature is available on Djaboo.

Whether pending or accepted, cloning a quote automatically creates a new one that must be accepted by your customer again.

To duplicate quotes, nothing could be simpler:

• Create a quote or resume an existing one in “status”Send or " On hold".
• Click on the Quote to preview the Quote.
• Click on the button "OPTIONS".
• Click on "Duplicate quote".

You can then modify the date of issue and validity, modify the name of the customer, the taxes applied, copy the services and reductions, and click on “Save"

The quote will be automatically duplicated (cloned). And you just have to send it back again.
