How does a customer order work?

When one of your customers needs your services, all they have to do is place an order directly from their customer portal, where they have access to all the products and services you offer. This allows your customers to order your services directly and above all to have visibility on all the products you offer.

Note: Once the entire order is completed by the customer, you will receive a notification of a new order. You can modify it or transform the order into an invoice or estimate, or even directly create a project from the order. Once the entire order has been invoiced and paid, you can change its status to “In progress” or “Confirmed” and once finished change it to “Closed”.
