Classify your tickets by department

To configure your support system services, go to Settings→ Support → Departments And click New department.

  • Department name – Enter the department name
  • Do not display to customers? – If this service is hidden when the customer opens a ticket.
  • Department email – Enter department email

  • IMAP username – Complete this field only if your IMAP server uses a username to log in instead of an email address. Note that you will still need to add an email address.
  • IMAP host – Enter the hostname of your IMAP server
  • Password – Password for your email account
  • encryption – Choose IMAP connection encryption
  • Dossier – Once you are sure your IMAP configuration is correct, click Recover folders to recover folders from your IMAP account. djaboo will only import emails received in the selected folder. You'll generally want to use the INBOX folder in your inbox.
  • Delete mail after import? If you want the mail to be deleted after it is imported as a ticket.

If you have configured the email to ticket configuration, click TESTS puedo modificarlo FROM IMAP LOGIN to ensure that your IMAP configuration is set up correctly and that the email to ticket functionality will work correctly.

NOTE:

  • If you want to receive ticket emails, you must be a member of the department. Alone staff members/administrators  belonging to the department where the ticket is assigned receive the necessary emails.
