Why create product or service categories?

In addition to detailed statistics by services, this will allow you to obtain more global statistics on your products and to better understand which products are best suited to your business. This way, you can adjust your business strategy and focus on a certain type of product.

Add and edit a product category

1. To do this, go to “Sales" then "Services".
2. Click on "Group"
3. A Popup then appears and you can enter the name of a contact category. Then click save.

Once created, the category can be assigned to your services and products from the “Sales / Service".

Import your product categories

IT is possible to directly import your product categories:

When importing your services and products in bulk, specify directly in “Category” one or more categories in which you want to put them. Non-existing categories will be automatically created. Discover here how to import services.
