Add a collaborator in Djaboo

Once your business has grown and flourished, you may decide to hire a team of collaborators to help you keep up the pace. We saw it at Djaboo. Know that in most cases, this decision is made when the company has reached a certain level of turnover.

You can then hire one or more people who will be responsible for all the administrative tasks that have required so much effort from you so far. This will allow you to focus only on the aspects of your business that you know best.

Why add members in Djaboo #

Adding members to Djaboo will allow you to keep a register of all your employees, to directly record their salary, to control the number of holidays taken.

In addition, and more specifically, in Djaboo, people must be added that correspond to users to allow them to add expense reports/mileage allowances, participate in projects, assign tasks and assign customers .

How to add a member #

To create a new staff member/agent, go to Settings-> Employees And click on the button New staff member

  • Last Name
  • E-mail
  • Hourly rate – The hourly rate for the staff member is used if you need to pay your staff based on the total time recorded from tasks. While you are in the staff profile on the right side, you can see generate reports based on the hourly rate for that staff and the timesheets. Note that the staff hourly rate is not related to the task hourly rate. This field is used for your own purposes.

  • Default Language – The default language that will be used in the admin area when the staff member is logged in. Note that pdf documents will always be generated in the default system language.
  • Email signature – If default empty email signature from settings will be used
  • Direction – RTL or LTR
  • Member Departments – Add this staff member to belong to specific departments used for support area function.

After filling in all the necessary fields, click on the Permissions tab to set the necessary permissions for these staff members. Additionally, you can read more about staff permissions here.

If you select a role and that role has already assigned a permission, the role's permissions will be checked automatically when the role is selected.
