This document covers the obligations of both parties on the day of the event and allows the rental company to request specific photos they wish to take.

An event photograph is a candid or live image that illustrates a certain occasion, whether that occasion is social – such as a wedding or anniversary – or professional – such as a conference, fundraiser or corporate event. business. 

Event photography does not include fashion photos, family portraits, publicity photos and product images which are all different subjects.
