When a customer wants to have a wall, room or piece of furniture repainted, they request a painting quote. A maintenance contract will be given which specifies the conditions of the painting (surface to be painted, work material, time of realization, duration and means of payment).

The customer can either modify or supplement it. The maintenance contract specifies the guarantees of the painter.

The maintenance contract is signed by the client and the painter.

Renovation contract

• Payment details and payment due dates:  you also need to add payment details such as payment method and amount. Also mention the payment deadlines to avoid any problems in the future.

• Responsibilities and obligations of both parties:  It is very important to clarify the responsibilities and obligations of both parties under the contract. So that everyone knows their role from the start.

• Other important terms and conditions of the contract:  If you want to add any additional rules or terms in your contract regarding work ethics or payment, you can freely add those details into the contract before finalizing it for signatures from both parties.

• Cancellation clause :  The termination conditions must be specified in the contract in order to avoid any disputes in the future. You can either reserve the right of termination to only one party, or grant this right to both.
