Djaboo-Google Drive connection: How does it work?


Google Drive is a free, self-service online storage service founded by Google. Google Drive is integrated into the services of Google Docs and Gmail. You can store, organize and share with your collaborators all kinds of documents, such as images, videos and spreadsheets. With Google Drive, you can create a document, then edit it from a computer and find it fully up-to-date on Djaboo.

Google Drive allows you to access your documents on your Android phone or tablet and to use them in many other Google services, such as Google Docs, Google+ or Gmail. But in this specific case, find out how to access it in your CRM.

You can integrate the Google Drive API as an alternative cloud storage, from Settings > Integration > Google Drive. Please follow the steps below to integrate:

  1. Click here to access the Google API Console .

2. At the top left, click Menu bar > IAM & Admin > Create a project .

3. Create a project like this.

4. Select your project and click Enable APIs and Services.


5. Look for the Google Drive API and select it.

5. Activate the API.


6. After enabling the API, you will be redirected to the Overview page. Now you need to create the credentials. To create it, click on the button CREATE IDENTIFIERS .

7. Select these options from here and click on the button NEXT .


Configure the OAuth consent screen like this and click the button SAVE AND CONTINUE .

Nothing to do in Scopes . Click on the button SAVE AND CONTINUE .

Here select Web app for the type of application. In Allowed redirect URIs , you need to add this URL https://saas.djaboo.com/votreentreprie.com/index.php/google_api/save_access_token . You will find it in your embed setting. Click on the button CREATE .


Click on the button ENDED .


Click on OAuth consent screen in the left panel.

Choose mode Production
Click on Credentials in the left panel and click on your created OAuth client.

You will get the ID customer and the Client secret from there. Add them to RISE and click Save and authorize .


If you have selected the mode Filing in the OAuth consent screen , you will get this option. Click on Advanced then click Go to yourdomain.com (not secure) .


If you have selected the mode test in OAuth consent screen , you will get this option. Select Continue from here.

When recovering API access, make sure the Google Drive status shows authorized .

That's all ! Going forward, all files will be uploaded to Google Drive.
