Compose a new email with the compose button. Please note that you must select a mailbox from the drop-down list to compose a new email.
- Obtain all customer/prospect contacts. You can also add any email address.
- Add CC, BCC and Subject of the email.
- Write an email.
- Insert a template.
- Add single/multiple attachment.
- Save as a draft to send later.
- Send the email.

List of emails #
Receive personalized emails from the tab menu.
Multi-action #
Get multiple actions with your emails.
Models #
Save predefined templates. You can mark any model as public. Thus, all accessible users could insert this into the content of emails.
Please note that once a template has been marked as public, you can no longer make it private.
Emails based on customers/prospects #
Get specific emails from customers/prospects in their detail view. Please note that you will only receive received emails (inbox) here.
Settings #
Mailbox settings #
You will get the mailbox settings in Settings > Plugins > Mailbox .
You can add as many mailboxes as you want. There are two different sections for mailboxes.
IMAP settings #
Configure your IMAP settings based on your provider information. Remember not to use the same email you use in Ticket IMAP.
Please ensure that your IMAP access is enabled on your email and after authorization the status shows “Authorized”.
Also make sure that the app Cron of RISE is enabled on your server. You can configure cron from Settings > Application Settings > Cron Job.
You will only receive unread emails, but keep in mind that the process may take a few minutes and, depending on your server resources, it may cause the web server to time out.
