How does a prospect become a customer?

By definition, a prospect is the company we seek to serve, so it is the prospect we are trying to convince. As for the customer, he has already used your service, so you have charged him for the service.
The logic in Djaboo is therefore the same: when you invoice the latter, the prospect becomes the customer.

Convert a prospect into a customer

  1. Click on the prospect and wait for the modal to open, on the top button click on Convert to Customer.
  2. The customer conversion modal will be displayed and the system will try to automatically fill in some fields like first name, last name.
  3. If the custom fields found for the prospect will also be displayed in the modal conversion to customer and you will have the option to merge the custom fields into the customer profile as custom fields or database fields. If you are merging as a custom field and that field does not exist, it will be created automatically.
Convert a prospect into a customer

What will happen once I convert the prospect into a customer?
After converting the lead to a customer, the lead will automatically be moved to the default system status of Customer if it is not already there.

In the leads table, by default, leads that have the status “Customer” will be excluded because they are converted to a customer and no longer need to be seen in the table when the table loads if you want to list them, you will need to apply the filters.

Make sure you don't rename the default system status Client to something else to avoid confusion.

Add additional customer information if desired and save. That's all done!
