How to convert a quote into an invoice?

It may seem obvious, but there is a difference between a quote and an invoice. An estimate is a document issued before the service or product is provided, in order to fix the price. A quote is often used to define the estimated cost of a business transaction. In France, it is forbidden to sell products or services without a written estimate. An estimate is a way to guard against disputes and commercial conflicts. It also allows you to have a certain guarantee on the goods or services that are sold to us, because it describes the price and the quality of the product or service to which you wish to subscribe. The law requires that service providers provide a written estimate to their client before the service.
Once your customer has accepted your quote, it's time to invoice them. Let's discover together how to transform a quote into an invoice in a few clicks.
