Do you no longer want to use your country's currency for your quotes and invoices? Do you have customers in different regions of the world and you have no choice but to adapt? Note that you can easily change the currency in your Djaboo account. Let's find out together how to do it.

Note: Once invoices or quotes have been produced with the default currency, you will not be able to modify the default currency. You will therefore have to modify the currency directly in the customer account, when creating it.

  1. Configure Default Currency

To change your default currency, an adjustment is necessary upstream:

  • See you in “Settings” -→ “Finance” -→ “Currency"
  • Then click on the green star.

2. Currency configuration per customer

The per-customer currency setting is a setting used to assign individual currencies to each customer. This automatically assigns the amount and currency to the customer in question. You can use this setting to assign a different currency to each customer, giving you full control over the currencies used.

To do this, go to the customer file, then to the main contact and click on the company tab.
