The general conditions of sale (GTC) are an agreement between you provider and your customer to whom you provide details on the legal conditions of sale of products or services. They are very important, because they allow buyers and sellers to define which party is responsible for problems that arise during the transaction, and to limit disputes.

Add links to your T&Cs, Legal notices or privacy policies on Djaboo

To set up your terms or conditions on each quote or invoice, follow these steps:

1. See you in “Settings”→“Configuration“→ “finances".
2. Then click on “Quote","Credit notes" or "Invoices"
3. In "Default terms and conditions“We will add any elements or URL links that we want to make available on quotes and invoices.

All the added links will appear at the bottom of your invoices if you have filled in the T&Cs of the invoices, at the bottom of the quotes if you have filled in the T&Cs of the quotes and at the bottom of the credit notes if you have filled in the T&Cs of the credit notes.

Note: If you do not have external links for your T&Cs, legal notices or other, Djaboo allows you to create pages directly in “Settings”→“GDPR".

Click on Enable and fill in your information, click on “Save“. That's it.

And now, voila ! Your Legal Notices, Terms and Conditions and privacy policies will now be visible in your quotes and invoices that you will send to your customers.
