The home improvement contract should include the following details:

Contact details of the contractor:  you must include contractor contact information in your contract, such as name, address, and Connecticut registration number.

Add the contract start and end dates:  You must add the date the contract was signed and the date the landlord terminated the contract (three working days after the contract was signed). 

Notice of cancellation:  It is very important to include the notice of cancellation in your contract near the owner's signature. There should be a separate notice of the customer's right to cancel which explains this right.

Start date and end date of work:  You must add the start and end dates of the services to be provided.

Service Details: You must specify the quality or brand of materials to be used for carrying out the work or the project.

Payment details: you must add payment details such as payment methods, amount, and payment due dates to avoid any disputes in the future.

Other details : Mention who is responsible for cleaning the site once the work is completed
