In Djaboo, creating a contract category is as simple as naming a folder. Go to Settings → Contracts → Contract Types, click "Add Category," give it a name, and you're done. Each new category becomes immediately available when creating a contract.
You can create as many categories as your business needs: by type of service, by duration (monthly, annual), by client sector, by service level (Bronze, Silver, Gold)... the contract management Djaboo adapts to your organization, not the other way around. Find any contract in less than 5 seconds
With dozens or hundreds of active contracts, finding the right document at the right time can quickly become a headache. Djaboo offers you a powerful filtering system: by category, by status (active, expired, draft), by client, by value, or by expiration date.
The filters can be combined. In just a few clicks, you can display only the active maintenance contracts for a given sector that expire within the next 60 days. All this data can be viewed from the customer record in the... customer documents, without having to navigate between multiple menus.

Don't leave any more an expiring contract without alert
A contract that expires without renewal means revenue silently slipping away. Djaboo automatically monitors the expiry dates of all your contracts, by category, and sends you an email alert according to the timeframe you configure (30, 60, 90 days before expiry).
You can also configure a reminder email to be sent directly to your client to notify them of the upcoming renewal. This option can be configured by category: some types of contracts renew automatically, while others require customer action. the contract management Djaboo handles both cases.
